Topshur Topshur is a Siberian Turkic chordophone (kind of domra). This particular instrument had wooden deck and frets and steel strings, tuned in 4th+ (B3, E3+15%).

Tungur Tungur is a Siberian Turkic shaman drum (membranophone). It is usually made of untanned goat skin on a round base. Diameter is 50cm, thickness - 10cm.

Kouxiang Kouxiang (Chinese instrument) is a set of 3-5 little jaws harps, attached one to another. In addition to timbral kind of typical jaws harp, it is melodic too. Its native tune is 3d+4th or 3d+5th.

Preset 001 Normal:
Key range: A#2-C#6
Preset 002 Dual:
Key range: E2-B6. 2 neighbor samples assigned to each other's note for more compatibility with modern polyphonic music.
Preset 003 Lower unnatural:
Key range: F1-B4. Stretched lower to make it sound more like typical Siberian jaws harp (khomus).

Khomus Khomus (jaws harp, vargan, maultrommel etc.) is perhaps the most ancient timbral instrument, well known between most oriental peoples, from Eskimo to Thai. In this collection, some of the best sounding Siberian khomuses are used:

These sounds were created by George Andriyanov and Alexey Kosolapov. George Andriyanov is a talented developer, very experienced in live and studio recording, who has gone from assistant stage sound-engineer to ethnic multi-instrumental musician, composer and music producer. Alexey Kosolapov is not new to sound-design and music either, being a seasoned pro in live and studio recording who started as an assistant stage sound-engineer and ended up a solo-musician (sax), composer and music producer.
